NFL Week 9 Odds and Action

NFL week 9 and the first game takes place on Thursday Night as the Atlanta Falcons head on over to Tampa Bay and take on the Buccaneers and it's the Falcons who are a 3 point favorite with the Bovada NFL bookies and the total for that game is set at 51. The action continues on Sunday as the Dallas Cowboys meet the Cleveland Browns and it's no surprise at all to see the Cowboys at -7 in that game, while the total stands at 48.5.

In a divisional matchup the Eagles meet the New York Giants who are coming in off a bye week and are -2.5 faves, the total standing at 43 and one of the two Sunday afternoon games sees what should be an entertaining game as the Indianapolis Colts head to Green Bay Packers.

The Indianapolis Colts are in third place in the AFC South at 3-5 and 3-4-1 ATS, and are sadly saddled with one of the worst defenses in football today, along with a former Pro Bowl QB who´s recent games we're sure he'd rather forget much of, and Andrew Luck and the Colts are 7 point road dogs for Sunday's game against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers , in a game that kicks offf at 4:25 PM ET and that will be shown live on CBS.

There's been a whole lot of talk this year on how Aaron Rodgers hasn't really been playing like his usual self, but Luck has largely managed to avoid big criticism, up until last week's 30-14 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs that is. Luck was 19 of 35 for just 210 yards, connecting on just one of 7 deep throws, and he got sacked a massive 6 times behind an offensive line that's been much better at run blocking than pass protection this season.

On the flip side, the Packers’ defensive line has been tremendous at stopping both the run and the pass. As for Rodgers, he's only been sacked 14 times up to Week 8, and the Colts front seven may not be adding to that total on Sunday.

All week 9 game lines are up at Bovada and they'll also be available for live betting too, and if you're not getting your action at this superb US online sportsbook then as a new member you'll get a 50% bonus up to $250 when you make your first deposit.
